Suspected Lincoln Purse Thief Turns Herself In

LINCOLN (CBS13) — A suspected purse thief caught on camera has turned herself in.

Amber Herrington, 45, surrendered to police on Wednesday after numerous tips from detectives led them to her.

Surveillance footage showed her allegedly taking the purse in a Lincoln Walmart earlier this week. She's also been connected to a separate purse theft at a nearby market several days earlier.
