It All Started with Mom

Today one local woman has a film that's premiering at the Davis Film Festial. Shot in 1995, a newly divorced mom realizes all six women in her immediate family - from her 85-year-old mother to her 15-year-old daughter - were dating. Edited 18 years later, the hilarious and insightful interviews and iPad-created animations explore the dating experience across generations. The filmmaker lists her failed attempts finding dates through friends, matchmakers and on-line. Credits include short video updates on all six women.
