Suspect In Custody After Shooting At House Of Oliver In Roseville

ROSEVILLE (CBS13) - One person is injured and another person is under arrest after a shooting at the House of Oliver restaurant in Roseville.

A Roseville Police Department spokesperson confirmed to CBS13 that the shooting happened at the restaurant in the 3000 block of Douglas Boulevard.

Police say there is one victim with life-threatening injuries. They have not confirmed the identity of the victim or whether the victim and suspect knew each other.

On Monday night, the restaurant's Facebook account read: "Our Heart is Broken ????"

The alleged gunman reportedly jumped in a car and took off. He has since been arrested. Police have not said whether he was caught by police or if he surrendered.

Police say this was not a mass shooting and that only one person was injured.

The restaurant also posted on Facebook that it will be closed for business on Tuesday and that it will post when it will reopen.
