TULARE (AP) - An altercation on a Greyhound bus on Highway 99 in the San Joaquin Valley left five people and a female suspect with injuries.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a report of a stabbing on the bus Monday afternoon and found that passengers had detained the woman.
