Police Negotiating With Suspect At South Sacramento Home

Police are at a home in South Sacramento where a suspect has barricaded himself inside.

At 9:45 a.m., police were called out to a residence in the 6200 block of Dayburst Way. They say everyone inside the home except for the suspect, a male, made it out safely.

Police are continuing to negotiate with the suspect. People are urged to stay away from the area.

It's unknown if the suspect is armed.
