Protesters Take To The Streets Of Downtown Sacramento
4:07 p.m. UPDATE: The California Highway Patrol has reopened the onramp as the protests move into the heard of Downtown Sacramento.

Police closed a portion of I Street in Downtown Sacramento as protesters gathered in front of the Main Jail.
Fearing protesters might head toward the freeway, police have also closed the following roads.
- Interstate 5 onramp from I Street
- Ramp to West Sacramento/Jibboom from I Street
- Entrance to Old Sacramento from I Street
