One Company Will Pay You $500 If You Get Enough Sleep

A health insurance company is trying to give their workers an incentive to get enough sleep every night.

According a report in Slate, Aetna is paying its employees to sleep more. If you can prove you get 20 nights of sleep for seven or more hours in a row, the company will give you $25 a night.

Aetna says they will give employees who can prove they sleep enough up to $500 a year.

If you're wondering how they'll make sure employees are being honest, Aetna says Fitbits are one of the ways they'll monitor sleeping patters.
