I-80 Closed Near Fairfield On Dec. 4 For Bridge Demolition

FAIRFIELD (CBS13) - A heads-up for drivers on Interstate 80. Caltrans is planning to shut down a stretch of the freeway near Fairfield at the beginning of December.

The closure will take about 10 hours on Saturday, December 4. It will go from Red Top Road to the Interstate 680 connector.

The road is being closed so crews can demolish a bridge.
