Home Stuck Under Underpass Blocks Highway 99 At 5th Avenue

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Traffic on Highway 99 in Sacramento was moving slower than usual Tuesday after a truck carrying a manufactured home became lodged at 5th Avenue underpass.

According to a Caltrans statement, the truck was blocking the #5 lane.

It's unknown when the lane will reopen.
