Evan's Kitchen Pecan Pie

Looking for a great and delicious adult dessert to make for the Holidays? This morning Chef Kayla Jenkins of Evan's Kitchen joins us in the studio to make a bourbon pecan pie perfect for Christmas!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 9″ pie crust par-baked with egg wash for 10 minutes
1 Cup of sugar
4T melted butter
4 eggs
1Cup plus 2T dark corn syrup
1/2 Cup pure maple syrup
1/4 Cup bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Cup pecan pieces
whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, corn syrup, maple syrup bourbon and vanilla. place pecans into pie shell pour mixture into par-baked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 50- 60 minutes serve warm or room temperature
