Midnight Deadline To Sign Up For Insurance Through Covered California

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The clock is ticking if you want to sign up for health insurance through the Covered California marketplace.
The deadline is midnight Tuesday.
Officials say enrollment is down about 10 percent from last year. Congress eliminating the fines for not having health insurance are among the reasons officials cited for the decline.
People looking to sign up can head to Covered California's website.
