Colorado Man Who Hid In Portable Toile Tank Sues Court For Discrimination

BOULDER, Colo. — A man who hid in the tank of a portable toilet at a yoga festival in 2011 to spy on women is suing the Boulder County Jail and the sheriff's office for discrimination.

The Daily Camera reports 34-year-old Luke Chrisco is seeking $99,999, saying deputies lost his legal documents, threatened him and repeatedly moved him to different areas of the jail "without cause for the purpose of driving me insane."

Chrisco was recently arrested for failing to complete his sex-offender treatment, a condition of his 10-year intensive supervised probation.

He was initially arrested after a woman at the yoga festival noticed something moving in the tank of the portable toilet, then saw a feces-stained man emerge and run away. Police say he also was suspected of hiding in other bathrooms around Boulder to watch women use the toilet.
