This Garage Sale Will Have You Saying 'Long Gone' Thursday And Friday

DETROIT (WWJ) - Here's a great chance to dress-up your family room or maybe get that man cave started as Comerica Park holds its 2014 Detroit Tigers Garage Sale Thursday and Friday.

There's plenty up for grabs.

Comerica Park Operations Coordinator Heather Ennis spoke to WWJ's Vickie Thomas about some of the items up for sale.

"We have 40 plus different items - as far as larger furniture goes - we have some great bar stools and bar top tables, that would be great for a college apartment, it would be great to furnish really inexpensive, but good stuff,"

Ennis says there are some good deals to be found at the garage sale, with items starting at $5.

She said she expects some items to move quickly, like a framed photo of Kid Rock sporting the old English 'D'. "Everybody likes Kid Rock," she said. "Whenever he comes to our games, he's always repping our 'D.'

The sale runs today from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. and from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday.

Fans may park for free in Lot 1 and enter the sale at Gate B by the Pepsi Porch.
