World Peace Close Friends With Man Who Threw Beer On Him

Wednesday marked the 10th anniversary of the notorious "Malice at the Palace" brawl between the Pistons and Pacers.

Detroit fans have vivid memories of Ron Artest (now known as Metta World Peace) charging into the stands after a beer was thrown at him while he was laying on the scorers table after a foul call.

This week, World Peace spoke out about the anniversary and made some interesting remarks about that day in 2004 being the worst day of his life. He also claims that he's become close friends with the man who threw the beer on him.
