Were The Penguins Trolling The Red Wings With This Tweet? [PHOTO]

The Detroit Red Wings and the Pittsburgh Penguins have been known to take shots at each another on Twitter.

In February, the Red Wings tweeted out John Scott has scored more goals in the All-Star game then the Penguins All-Star player Sidney Crosby.

Wednesday night, the Penguins tweeted out a subtle shot at the Red Wings.

Their fan of the game just so happened to be a fan holding a sign that said "We drove from Hockeytown (with the Hockeytown logo) to see the Pittsburgh PengWINs."

To me this is an obvious troll job. Maybe, I am looking too much into this, but out of the 19,000 fans the Consol Energy Center holds, this was really the fan of the week?

I think it's fair to say the Red Wings also have fans all over the world. There isn't an arena in the NHL where you won't hear "Let's go Red Wings" chants.
