Wells Fargo CEO Apologizes For Comments Made On Lack Of Diversity

(CBS DETROIT) – The CEO of Wells Fargo is apologizing for making what he calls "insensitive" remarks about race and diversity.

In a zoom meeting Charles Scharf said the company had trouble reaching diversity goals because, "there is a very limited pool of black talent to recruit from."

The comments were made in June and became public this week.
