Oxford High School shooter appears in court for third day of Miller hearing

(CBS DETROIT) - Oxford High School shooter Ethan Crumbley appeared in court Tuesday for the third day of a Miller hearing ahead of his sentencing in the November 2021 shooting deaths of four students.   

Oxford school shooter was 'feral child' abandoned by parents, defense psychologist says

Following Friday's emotional day in court, the hearing was expected to conclude Tuesday. However, Oakland County Judge Kwame Rowe has extended the hearing to an additional day to allow for the prosecution to call for a rebuttal witness. The hearing will resume on Friday, Aug. 18 at 9 a.m.  

Throughout Tuesday, CBS News Detroit was joined in studio by defense attorneys Terry Johnson and Lillian Diallo to break down the hearing.
