Warford Leaves Game Vs. Dolphins With Knee Injury

DETROIT (AP) — Lions offensive lineman Larry Warford has left Sunday's game against Miami with a left knee injury.

Warford was hurt in the first quarter, leaving the Lions without one of their starting guards. The 6-foot-3 Warford has started every game of his career since the Lions picked him in the third round of the 2013 draft.

Dolphins defensive tackle Earl Mitchell had a finger injury, but his return was probable.
