Wanted: Fugitive Who Fled Trial In Detroit Court [PHOTO]

DETROIT (WWJ) - A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for the tip that leads to the capture of a man who's been on the run for a week since he fled during his trial in Detroit.

According to Crime Stoppers, Arzelle Neeley was last seen in court on Tuesday, Sept 20. at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice on Tuesday, Sept 20. 2016.

When proceedings — in courtroom 503 before Judge James Callahan — broke for lunch, Neeley never came back. He removed his tether from his ankle and it was found on I-75.

Neeley is a habitual offender and was in court for weapons violations, according to police.

Anyone who sees this wanted fugitive or knows of his whereabouts is urged not to try to apprehend him, but to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP. Cash rewards are paid when an arrest is made.
