'Veronica Mars' Spinoff 'Play It Again, Dick' Gets A Cheeky Poster

A poster Tweeted by The CW PR for "Play It Again, Dick" promotes the premiere of the digital series coming to CW Seed on Tuesday, September 16. The image designed as a "Starsky and Hutch" takeoff shows Ryan Hansen's character Dick Casablancas in several over the top private eye action poses.

"Play It Again, Dick" is a "show-in-a-show" premise where Ryan Hansen aims to create a spin-off for his "Veronica Mars" character as a private investigator.

The description listed on the CW Seed site reads,

Now all he has to do is convince Kristen Bell, Jason Dohring, Ken Marino, and the rest of the cast to come along for the ride. "Play It Again, Dick" is created and executive produced by Rob Thomas.
