Two Men Burned To Death In Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) - Police are investigating a particularly gruesome scene in southwest Detroit where two men were found burned to death.
The incident happened late Thursday night or early Friday morning at Michigan Avenue and Springwells Street, in a neighborhood near I-94 and Lonyo Avenue.
Police say the men, who knew each other, apparently got into an argument. At some point, one man poured gas on the other man and set him on fire, police said. The man also apparently splashed some of the gas on himself, which caused the flames to spread.
By the time police arrived on the scene, both men had burned to death. Their identities were not immediately released.
