MONITOR TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP/WWJ) - A semi-trailer hauling 303 kegs of beer tipped over Friday in Bay County's Monitor Township — but not a drop was spilled.

Bay County Undersheriff Troy Cunningham told the Bay City Times that none of the barrels cracked open and all remained inside the Budweiser truck after the accident, which happened at around 10:15 a.m. on Fisher Road east of Mackinaw Road.

The driver was not hurt and no other vehicles were involved.

Firefighters from the Monitor Township fire department were on the scene, turning the barrels right-side.

It was not immediately clear what caused the tip-over.

Fabiano Bros. chief operating officer John Bicknell told  newspaper that the driver was making a delivery to the beverage distributor when the accident happened.
