'Transformers: Age of Extinction' Premiere Event Brings Free Screenings, Cars, Robots To Ren Cen

DETROIT (WWJ) - "Transformers: Age of Extinction," the fourth film in Michael Bay's blockbuster series is set to hit Detroit theaters June 27 and the film's iconic robots will be appearing at the GM Wintergarden in the GM Renaissance Center.

Fans will have the chance to win prizes and take photos with Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and the 2014 Bumblebee Chevrolet Camaro and Corvette Stingray.

Fans can then watch their favorite Autobots on the big screen for FREE when Ren Cen 4 Theater shows the three previous TRANSFORMERS films back to back on Saturday, June 21st. (more details below)

All events are free to the public.

Friday, June 20 – 11am-11pm

Ren Cen 4 Theater will be showing the following films in the TRANSFORMERS franchise for FREE, on Saturday, June 21st.
3:00PM – TRANSFORMERS (2007) / Rated PG-13
5:30PM – TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN (2009) / Rated PG-13
8:15PM – TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON (2011) / Rated PG-13
