Traffic Alert: Weekend Road Work

DETROIT (WWJ) - It's the weekend again which means it's time for construction crews to hit the roads.

The following road work projects have been announced by MDOT. As always, some of this work may be postponed due to weather.

I-75: 

The I-75 (Fisher Freeway) full closure that was scheduled to occur between I-375 and M-10 this weekend is being postponed until a later date. 

In Oakland County, north I-75 between Crooks and Coolidge roads will have the left lane closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for maintenance.

I-96:

In Wayne County, east I-96 ramp to north I-75 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for I-75 closure.

M-10:

In Wayne County, north and south M-10 (Lodge Fwy) ramp to north I-75 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for I-75 closure.

In Oakland County, south M-10 (Northwestern Hwy), south of US-24 (Telegraph Rd) will have right lane closed from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday for maintenance.

I-94:

In Wayne County, east I-94 at Warren Avenue will have two right lanes closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday for road work.

I-275:

In Oakland County, south I-275, south of M-102 (8 Mile Road), will have one lane closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, for maintenance.

I-375:

In Wayne County, north I-375 ramp to south I-75 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday due to I-75 closure.

M-15: (Ortonville Road)

In Oakland County, north and south M-15 (Ortonville Rd) will be closed between Northview and Waldon roads from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday for local event.

M-150: (Rochester Road)

In Oakland County, north and south M-150 between Avon Road and 2nd Street will have one lane closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for weekend road work through mid-October.

In Oakland County, north and south M-150 at M-59 will have one lane closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for weekend road work through mid-October.

M-24: (Lapeer Road)

In Oakland County, north and south M-24 between Davison Lake Road to Burdick will have one lane closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday for weekend work through mid-October.

M-29:

In St. Clair County, north and south M-29 between Palms and Nook roads will have one lane closed from 7 a.m. Saturday to 7 p.m. Sunday for road work.
