DTE Energy reports more than 346K without power amid winter storm in SE Michigan

(CBS DETROIT) - After southeast Michigan was hit with a winter storm Wednesday, power outages have piled up in the region. 

DTE Energy and Consumers Energy have reported nearly 500,000 customers affected.

As of 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 24, DTE Energy reported 346,762 customers are without power. Additionally, Consumers Energy reported 3,737 current outages affecting 136,683 customers.
