Top Recruit Josh Jackson Picks Kansas Over Michigan State

DETROIT (CBS Detroit) -- One of the top basketball recruits in the nation finally chose which school he will attend in the fall.

Detroit native and five-star recruit Josh Jackson announced on Twitter Monday night that he will play at Kansas, after he narrowed his final schools down to KU, Arizona and Michigan State.

Jackson played at Consortium College Prep in Detroit during his first two years of high school before moving to Napa, California to play for Prolific Prep for his final two seasons.

The 6-foot-8, 195-pound small forward scored 19 points in the 2016 McDonald's All-American Game and won co-MVP honors.
