The CW50 Street Team Visits The 2016 Monroe Comic Con

The fourth annual Monroe Comic Con attracted crowds of all ages. Hundreds gathered at the event, which was held at Total Sports Complex to be a part of a community.

Each year this event brings out many people from children to adults and there is so much to do, from contests to taking pictures with everyone's favorite characters.

Cosplay was certainly a staple at comic con with people dressing as their favorite characters. Vendors at the event had the opportunity to showcase their work, whether it be handcrafted art work, or handmade purses, there was a little something for everyone.

"These kind of conventions are more for comic book lovers, in order to get in touch with your fan base these are the ones to do, it is more of an intimate feel and it's more real," said Erick Gutierrez, comic book creator.

We even brought along two of our favorites, The Flash and Supergirl and we could not have had more fun with some of our fans.

The CW50 Street Team is excited to see everyone again next year at the Monroe Comic Con!
