Suspect To Be Arraigned In Connection With Alleged Sexual Assault Inside Wal-Mart Store
STERLING HEIGHTS (WWJ) - A man suspected of sexually assaulting a teen-aged girl in a Wal-Mart store in Sterling Heights is expected in court Monday.
Police announced the arrest of the suspect Sunday after video surveillance images were released.
Investigators say the 15-year old victim was dropped off by her brother to do some shopping and was in the cosmetics aisle of the store at Van Dyke and 14 Mile last week when she was grabbed.
Police say the suspect then told the teen he was sorry and walked away.
