Suspect In Custody After Man Shot, Killed Outside Tim Horton's

VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - A man in his 30's was shot and killed outside of a Van Buren Township Tim Horton's early Sunday morning.
Police were called to the restaurant on Rawsonville Rd. around 6 a.m. to investigate a person who was dead inside a car.
"We're going to interview the suspect and see what information we can obtain from him to piece together what happened in this investigation," said Lt. Charles Bazzy. "We have some idea what happened."
Police say 38-year-old Edward Kuehn was shot multiple times after going through the Tim Hortons drive-thru.
The suspect was arrested in the south end of Van Buren Township.
Investigators say there was a domestic situation involving another man and a woman that took place before the shooting.
