Southfield (CW50) - On this week's STREET BEAT, host Lisa Germani learns how helping hands are making a positive push for the future of Detroit. First, she talks with Christopher Holton, President and Co-founder of Kids Today Leaders Tomorrow about how they are assisting youth in their community.

Then, we exit the studio and travel to Little Grace Village to meet with CEO and Pastor Kent W. Clark to see how Grace Centers of Hope is helping people transition to the next positive chapter in their lives.

Next, Patrice S. Johnson, Executive Director of Boys Hope Girls Hope, joins us back in the studio to tell us how they are removing barriers to provide youth greater opportunities.
