Chris Archer was certainly no Justin Verlander last night and as a result I took one on the chin as the Twins got by the Rays.

Tonight we head to Texas where the Rangers will try to salvage one game out of their three game set with Toronto. Marco Estrada faces Yovani Gallardo in a promising pitchers duel. Estrada is 2-1 in his last three starts with a WHIP under 1. Gallardo is 2-0 in his last three, and although his WHIP is 1.529,his ERA is just 1.59.

A smart gambler would probably not touch this game, but I am not smart. I have a feeling the Rangers are due to get one game here and you know the Blue Jays are just looking ahead to their series with the Tigers.I have not taken many underdogs thus far, so with that said I will take the underdog Rangers +122 as my PLAY OF THE DAY.
