Sprint Launches Direct 2 You Service In Metro Detroit Area

Sprint has launched its Direct 2 You service in the Detroit area – including Ann Arbor, Detroit, Dearborn, Warren and Sterling Heights. The Direct 2 You service brings wireless sales and set up, consultation and customer service directly to customers virtually whenever and wherever they want – for free.

The service will help customers set up a Sprint mobile device and transfer any contents to the new phone. Direct 2 You brings the expert directly to the customer.

" Our experts will meet Detroit-area customers where they choose – and at no additional cost. It really does make buying a new phone a unique and stress-free experience."

The service is now available in major metropolitan areas across the country including Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Tampa, Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas. The service is anticipated to continue to roll out to more markets across the country throughout 2015.

In addition to setting up the phone to meet the customer's specific preferences, the expert transfers all content, including contacts, pictures, games and apps, to ensure the device is ready to go. The expert also provides personalized training and tips to help the customer become familiar with using the mobile device.
