ROSEVILLE (CBS Detroit) - A trip to Taco Bell turned out to be an adventure Monday for Mike McKinney.

As McKinney drove his niece back from picking up lunch at the fast food restaurant he was turning off Frazho onto Normandy in Roseville when he got stuck in the intersection.

McKinney said it was perfect timing and appreciated the assistance.

"It's about people helping other people," said an appreciative McKinney, of Clinton Township.

Once his car was cleared from the ruts, and the Taco Bell was delivered, the DPW crews went back to work clearing streets.
