Sketch Released, Reward Offered In Pepsi Plant Armed Robbery

DETROIT (WWJ) - Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a cash reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the man who robbed a Pepsi bottling plant at gunpoint.

It happened at around 8 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, at the facility at 1555 Mack Ave. near Dequindre in Detroit.

The suspect — who got away with "a large amount of cash — was described as a black male in his 30s; 5 feet, 5 inches tall to 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a medium complexion. He was wearing a blue Pepsi uniform with a blue hat.

Anyone with information on the identity of this suspect and his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP or 1-800-773-2587. All calls and cash rewards are completely anonymous.
