Should The Umpire Have Touched Torii Hunter's Face? [VIDEO]

During Monday night's Tigers and Orioles game, Ian Kinsler hit a two-run home run to give the Tigers a 4-1 lead.

Next up was the Tigers RF Torii Hunter. After a swing and a miss at what looked to be a slider, Torii was hit in the ribs with a 94-mph fastball.

Torii didn't take too kindly to the pitch and jawed at the Orioles pitcher Bud Norris as he went down to first.

Norris, who was instantly thrown out of the game, also jawed back. That's when an umpire who tried to restrain Torii lightly slapped Hunter on the face a few times.

We want to know if it is ever OK for an umpire to touch a player? We know it's not OK for a player to touch an ump.
