Shooting In Pontiac Leaves 1 Teen Dead, 2 Others Hospitalized

PONTIAC (WWJ) - A shooting in Pontiac has left one teen dead and two other people hospitalized with injuries.

Authorities say one young man was killed during a shooting in the area of Kettering Street near University Drive.

Two other victims were taken to the McLaren Oakland Medical Center.

There is no information at this time about the suspects in the shooting.

Witnesses report a large fight with shots fired.

The victim is reported to be in his late teens and was pronounced dead by St. Joseph's hospital staff.

The identity of the teen has not been released pending notification of family.
