Scott is the Construction Project Director for Bedrock Real Estate Services. Bedrock is a Detroit-based full-service real estate firm specializing in purchasing, leasing, financing, re-development, developing, and managing of commercial space based in downtown Detroit. Bedrock works to revitalize Detroit's historic buildings, such as the Madison Theater, Chrysler House and First National, while modernizing them for the ever-changing technology industry.

Since purchasing its first building in 2011, Bedrock's real estate portfolio has grown to more than 60 properties, totaling more than 9 million square feet of real estate in the central business district.  Starting with three team members, Bedrock now employs 140 team members in Detroit's urban core.

Scott joined Bedrock in 2012 after gaining over 20 years of construction knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry including pre-construction, estimating, operations and corporate development.  As Project Director, Scott has acted as an owner and a tenant representative on various multi-million dollar renovation projects, including projects for tenants with demanding schedules such as Chrysler and Quicken Loans.  He has also implemented an integration system across Bedrock's diverse portfolio, which has automated all critical building systems, reduced capital expenditures and enhanced the tenant experience.
