Royal Oak Commission To Allow Recreational Sales Aug.15

(CBS DETROIT) - A marijuana ordinance has been approved by the Royal Oak City Commission for recreational sales.

Retailers and small-businesses would be allowed to start operating on Aug. 15.

Businesses can not be located within 1,000 feet of schools.
