According to Heyman, the Tigers are getting back from Toronto Daniel Norris. Norris is ranked as the 25th best prospect according to MLB.com.

Norris is a left-handed starter who has a 3-10 record with the Buffalo Bisons, a 4.27 ERA with a WHIP of 1.511. Norris was drafted in the second round of the 2011 MLB draft.
