Tigers Acquire Outfielder Anthony Gose From Blue Jays

DETROIT (CBS Detroit) -- Dave Dombrowski was not done dealing on Wednesday after signing Victor Martinez to a new contract.
FOX Sports' Jon Morosi reported on Wednesday night -- which was later made official by the team -- that the Tigers have traded for left-handed outfielder Anthony Gose, sending the team's top prospect, second baseman Devon Travis, to Toronto in return.

Tigers must view Anthony Gose as at least a platoon option in center field to part with prospect Devon Travis in this deal.

Gose played 94 games for Toronto in 2014, 65 in center field. Gose batted .226 with two home runs and 13 RBI for the Blue Jays this past season.
Gose stole 15-of-20 bases in 2014.
