Rashean Mathis Out, Calvin Johnson Questionable Against Green Bay

Lions cornerback Rashean Mathis will miss Sunday's game against Green Bay, thanks to a concussion he most likely suffered against Minnesota three weeks ago.
Mathis didn't start showing symptoms until after the team traveled to London for its game against Kansas City. He was held out of that game, but was not officially diagnosed with a concussion until he was examined by an independent neurologist when the team returned to the states. In Mathis' place, Nevin Lawson will most likely start.
The rest of the Lions' injury report Friday reflected how beneficial their bye week has been. Only two players were listed as questionable, with safety Isa Abdul-Quddus (foot) and wide receiver Calvin Johnson (ankle).
Johnson previously said this week he expects to play Sunday. Asked to compare his injury now to the ankle injury that kept him out of several games last season, Johnson said, "it doesn't."
Safety James Ihedigbo (shoulder) and linebacker Travis Lewis (groin) are probable.
Cornerback Darius Slay was also listed on the report with a head injury, although he was a full participant in practice all week. Cornerback Josh Wilson also hasn't sat out any practice time, but was listed with a neck injury. Both are probable to play against the Packers.
