Protesters Demand To Discontinue Facial Recognition Technology

(CBS DETROIT) - Protesters are getting behind the wheel to get their message across.

Protesters sounding off Monday on the Detroit Police Department's use of facial recognition technology.

More would go toward education and rebuilding the city in a meaningful way instead of just funneling a bunch of money into policing and surveillance. It seems like that's a priority in this city and i would like that to end.

It's the latest issue raised by members of Detroit Will Breathe in their pursuit for police reform.
