Prices At The Pump Drop 5 Cents To Just Under $2 A Gallon

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) - AAA Michigan says gas prices statewide have fallen by about 5 cents a gallon in the past week. The auto club says the average price for self-serve regular unleaded gasoline was about $1.96 per gallon Sunday.

It's the first time in seven weeks that statewide average daily gas prices have decreased.

The lowest average price was about $1.91 per gallon in the Lansing area, while the highest average was about $2.05 per gallon in the Marquette area.
