Police: Woman Finds Body Of Slain Son, 23, Partially Buried

DETROIT (AP) - Police say a woman found the body of her slain 23-year-old son partially buried in the backyard of a vacant home on Detroit's east side.

Assistant Chief Steve Dolunt tells WDIV-TV the woman "is having a really tough time" following the discovery this week. Dolunt says it appears a squatter was using the home and the missing man was known to visit there.

Keon DuBois was missing since Sunday. Dolunt says: "Not knowing where they're at is one thing, but actually finding them is ... very traumatic."

WXYZ-TV reports the man had gunshot wounds.

No arrests were immediately made, but police say they have someone they want to talk to about the investigation.
