Police: Three Masked Men Rob East-Side Detroit Walgreens

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit police are on the lookout for three masked men who robbed a Walgreens Pharmacy on the city's east side.

At around 8 a.m. Saturday morning, the three masked men stormed into the Walgreens on E. Jefferson Ave. near Mt. Elliot demanding money. The suspects ordered three of the employees to stay put while taking others to the back of the store where the safe is located.

After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspects tied up all five employees.

The suspects were seen driving away in a tan Ford Explorer heading towards I-75.
