Police Seek To ID Fraud Suspect Caught On Camera At Livonia Home Depot [PHOTOS]

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Police have released photos of a man who bought more than $1,000 in merchandise from a metro Detroit Home Depot store with stolen credit.

Bloomfield Township police say they received a report from a resident in the 6000 block of Worlington about unauthorized use of a credit card. The victim was still in possession of his card and did not know how the charges were made.

Bloomfield Township investigators were able to determine the unauthorized $1,023 purchase was from a Livonia Home Depot.

In high-definition security camera images from the store, the suspect — a black male wearing dark clothing and a black cap  — can be seen wheeling three large boxes around the store, and then getting help loading the boxes into a white pickup truck with a yellow light on top.

Anyone who recognizes this suspect or who has any with information about this crime is asked to call Bloomfield Township Police at 248-433-7755.
