Police Search For Silver Sedan In Hit-And-Run Death Of Man On Way Home From PF Chang's

MACOMB TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - A 29-year-old man who was cycling home from work in Macomb County was struck and killed by a vehicle, and police are still searching for the suspect.

The accident happened just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Romeo Plank and Hall roads in Macomb Township.

According to police, 29-year-old Kevin Clay Fletcher was riding a bike home from the PF Chang's restaurant at Partridge Creek, where he worked, when he was struck by a vehicle traveling north on Romeo Plank Road. Police say witnesses indicated that the suspect vehicle had a green light.

The suspect vehicle -- described by witnesses a silver sedan, possibly a Chrysler -- fled the scene and continued traveling north on Romeo Plank, police said.
