Police Search For Missing Detroit Man

UPDATE 2/21: Police say Edward Penn is back home safe with his family.

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit Police asking for the public's help in locating a missing man.

Police say Edward Penn was last seen by his aunt at his home in the 17500-block of Lumpkin Street, east of Dequindre between Nevada and McNichols on the city's eastside, on the morning of February 12th at approximately 8am.

The 55-year-old man is described as 5'8", weighs 160-lbs., has salt-and-pepper hair, beard and mustache, with brown eyes and is a medium-brown complexion. Penn, who has dementia, was also last seen wearing a gray hat, blue sweatshirt, pleated jacket, brown pants and brown house shoes/slippers.
