Police Search For Gunman After 2 Teens Shot In Hamtramck

HAMTRAMCK (WWJ) - Two teens are recovering after being shot overnight in Hamtramck.

Police confirmed that a fight broke out around 11 p.m. Sunday in the 12000-block of Grand Haven St. near I-75 and Caniff, in the Detroit enclave.

A 13-year-old was shot in the buttocks and a 14-year-old was shot in the ankle, according to reports.

There was no further information available about the victims, who were both taken to Children's Hospital of Michigan for treatment.
