Police: Missing Man Was Treated At Hospital, Hasn't Been Seen Since

SUPERIOR TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Authorities are asking the public for help in locating a 58-year-old man who seemingly disappeared after being released from a hospital in Livonia.

The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office says Steven Joseph O'Conner was reported missing on Friday, August 12.

According to police, O'Conner was seen shortly before 1 p.m. leaving Fairfax Manor on Prospect Road in Superior Township. Hours later, around 5:30 p.m., O'Conner was found walking on Newburgh Road in Livonia -- about 20 miles away -- and was transported to St. Mary Hospital nearby.

Police say O'Conner was released from the hospital at an unknown date and time. However, he hasn't been seen or heard from since, and still remains listed as missing.

O'Conner is described as a white male, 5'11" tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue scrub pants.
